of 100% satisfaction. If
for any reason you aren’t satisfied, you can return any
non-engraved item in its original condition for a full
refund or exchange within 30 days of its shipment
accompanied by your sales receipt
-no-questions-asked.*
Any
unauthorized, improperly packaged, or non-insured packages
will be returned to sender. Shipping and handling charges
are non-refundable. If you are returning an item for an
exchange, shipping for the new item will be free of
charge. However, we do not refund return shipping charges,
unless we made an error. The item must be returned in its
original condition and in its original packaging.
